- Provide intellectual and physical space for startups
- Act as a connecting point between educational centers, foreign companies, startups and organizations in order to create R&D opportunities
- Consult with foreign companies on tax and migration policies
- Ensure that companies have easy access to the Armenian market
- Provide working space for foreign companies looking to expand in the region
- Fill in the gap that exists between theoretical and practical education by organizing various courses
